Welcome

Spacious, stylish apartment with a stunning view over the bay.  Situated on the fourth floor the views at night are illuminated with thousands of lights all around the bay.  Come for a nice relaxing holiday or one filled with lots to do, from leisurely walks along the promenade, to exploring the old town of Nice or maybe take a short train ride into nearby Monte Carlo.  Have dinner and a glass of wine in one of the many fine restaurants in the old town or just sit quietly and read a book looking out at the views from our beautiful apartment.  The options are endless.

On the prom overlooking the beach, our apartment really is in a prime location.  We visit every year and always find something new to do during our stay.  The locals are very friendly and warm, the food is great and the restaurants always produce quality food.  Whether you are looking to relax or explore all the region has to offer, then Nice is the place to go.

sittingroomSitting and Dining Room

The sitting room of the apartment is bright and modern with a couch that folds out into a very comfortable double bed.  The views are breathtaking out of the many windows that overlook the promenade and if you are an early riser you can even catch the spectacular sunrise from this vantage point.

Off the sittingroom is a nice bright dining area which also gives you a great view of the bay.  There is a supermarket just around the corner that provides plenty of fresh fruit and good food if you are thinking of dining in.

There is a polished timber floor throughout which helps to keep the apartment a bit cooler during the summer months.

bedroomMain Bedroom

The main bedroom comes complete with a comfy double bed and has two large double fitted wardrobes at one end.  The room stays nice and cool during summer nights but has air conditioning just in case.

The bedroom is at the far end and away from the hub of the apartment so is nice and quiet if you want to take a nap during the day.

The polished timber floor flows through into this room.

Clean linen and bedclothes are provided upon arrival and you can contact our management agent if you require anything else during your stay.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything your need for your stay.

All areas of the kitchen are clean, tidy and modern so you have nothing to worry about and there is a good supply of delph, glassware, cutlery etc..

Getting around in Nice couldn’t be easier.  You can walk to most of the visitor attractions and there is a great local bus service which can bring you the rest of the way.  Details on this can be found here.
